At KH Collective, every purchase is a promise of quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items and final-sale pieces are non-refundable.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve this promptly at no cost to you.
