At KH Collective, we stand behind every piece we offer. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final sale items, gift cards, and personalised pieces are not eligible for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges We gladly offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at [karenhamehameva11@gmail.com] within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve the matter promptly at no cost to you.
